celticvoice was set up in September of 1997, as a place to be able to have an outlet as a Celt. A place that would allow users and web surfers the opportunity to have a colorful and entertaining place to visit again and again. A place that could be both mystical and practical to all who might come to visit.
All pages are welcome here, as long as they follow a few guidelines. No SPAM is to originate from this site or be linked to it in any way. Any unsolicited e-mail that is reported will cause the offending accounts to be terminated with out possibility of refund.
